While, the campus hiring process and program at the business has been evolving over the years, the company has engaged us to support the campus hiring program with an engagement that supports the following objectives.
Ensure that the campus hiring program delivers the desired value for business, with a focus on the following:
- Engagement & Retention of campus recruits.
- Focus on building of talent pipeline for future.
- Development of Campus Trainees.
- Improvement of the Campus hiring Process.
To support the above objective, we are working on an engagement that supports an ongoing engagement focus while involving all stake holders. Our engagement is looking at driving process Effectiveness through periodic monitoring & review of the Campus Hire Program for a period of 6 months, for every batch of campus hires. The monitoring is by way of establishing a feedback process to capture insights from Reporting Managers, Project Guides, Buddies and Mentors.
